Your life is the result of your habits.

In the spirit of making positive changes in the new year, I’m re-reading the book, Atomic Habits by James Clear.  Let’s face it, if you are looking to change your life, you need to change, start, or stop your habits.  For what you do consistently, whether good or bad, is creating your life.  This book is brilliant and walks you though the science and psychology of creating new habits and getting rid of those that aren’t serving you.  At the end of the day, it is 100% up to us to create the life we desire.  You aren’t the victim…you are the architect.  So grab hold of the reins of your life and design something that excites you!  You CAN live a life you love.  #EmergePositive
