You can have peace in your life

peace is easy as breathing

 

Did you know that taking a few deep breaths can take away your stress?  I know that many of us do the opposite…we hold our breath or take shallow breaths when we are agitated or stressed out.  If you just stop for a minute, close your eyes and take 3 deep, slow breaths, you will feel the stress flow out of you.  Breathing centers you.  No matter what you are dealing with or where you are, you can breathe.  And if you need additional breaths, take them!  Creating peace is as easy as breathing….have a peaceful day!  Emerge Positive®
