We’ve all heard the phrase, ‘you are what you eat’. I think the reality is ‘you are what you think’. What you let into your thoughts impacts your health. That is why it is so important to pay attention to your thoughts and correct them. Holding onto anger causes disease. It literally is hurting yourself by holding onto a grudge and not forgiving the person. It’s time to stop and let go.
