Yes you can….just let it go.

As I sit here this morning, I’m realizing how much time I’ve lost by being sick.  And I can feel the stress rising within.  So as I see it, I have a few choices:  I can stress out, panic, and worry or I can let some things drop from my to do list.  Life isn’t perfect.  Some holidays are more organized than others.  And there’s only so much one can accomplish in 24 hours.  What is stressing you out?  Is it something that’s truly essential or can you just let it go this year?    After all, life is to be enjoyed.  Don’t rob yourself of that.  Let’s get into the holiday spirit this weekend!  Watch a holiday movie, wrap gifts, make treats, and take some downtime with friends and family.  Feed your soul and you will Emerge Positive.
