What is your definition of being healthy?
Our beliefs dictate our actions, so it’s important to investigate them from time to time. I’m learning that my definition of health is changing as I get older. Before I only considered a work out “real” if it was hard core with heavy cardio and lots of sweating. Now I see it differently. How do you view vibrant health and healthy living? Do you avoid taking care of yourself because you’re using an outdated/old definition of what being healthy is? Take time to investigate this. Your beliefs are driving your actions.
