We are not meant to be perfect.
Do you hang on to anger and resentment towards another or worse, towards yourself? Perfection is not the goal here….so if you did something you aren’t proud of, shake it off and let it go. There is no need to dwell on it. As human beings, we learn through our mistakes and failures. So instead of punishing yourself, embrace it knowing you are getting stronger.
