Grateful, Breathe, Smile


Monday’s can be tough.  I woke up this morning feeling like a freight train hit me.  Top that off with a cloudy and dreary looking day and I’m struggling to get my day started right.  So, I turned to what I know…meditation.  Taking just 10 minutes each day to deep breathe and list all the things you can be grateful for will turn your day around.  And who doesn’t have 10 minutes to improve your day?  If you started the day off on the wrong foot, stop for 10 minutes and re-center.  You’ll be glad you did.  Emerge Positive®
