This is a surefire way to reach your goal.

Let’s stop beating ourselves up for things we don’t want in our life and commit to  making changes that are meaningful.  If you really want to make a positive change in your life, commit right now to doing something every day until you reach your goal.  I’m not talking about moving mountains here….just small, consistent, and persistent motions.   Be kind to yourself and keep your goal in sight.  If you really want it, you can do it.  #goals #changeispossible #lovingwhoyouare
