The worst thing you can do is to do nothing.

Doesn’t it just suck standing on the edge of a cliff trying to talk yourself into taking the leap? Oh I have been here many times and even though I’ve jumped, it really doesn’t get easier when the next ledge appears. However, I have learned that fear and doubt are just in your mind….they aren’t real! If you’re feeling stuck (or paralyzed), take a moment to write down every bad thing you are fearful of happening if you should take the leap. Be exhaustive in your list. Then read it slowly. I bet you it’s not as awful as your mind thinks it is. It’s doable. You can survive the list. So let’s do this….let’s jump. Life can be spent wishing or life can be filled with doing.
