Take a day for You

We all run at a fast pace….often while juggling multiple tasks as we go.  We need a break.  Take a day for you.  Recharge and relax and don’t feel guilty for it!  Consciously breathe deeply.  Close your eyes and let the tension go.  Feel it leave your scalp, your hands,  your feet, your shoulders.  Isn’t it amazing how much tension we hold onto every day?  Well, not today.  Today is for you to just be.  Emerge Positive®
