Stressed out? Take a walkabout.
I just returned from a good walkabout. I don’t do them enough. But now that I’m on vacation and have no schedule whatsoever, a walkabout was in order. And I can tell you, I will be including them more in my day to day living. Walking without a destination in mind, being fully present to the now is so calming….especially if you are in nature. If you haven’t taken a walkabout in awhile, try it. It is a sure way of clearing the mind and easing the soul. Emerge Positive®
