Stop ignoring You!

Do you give yourself alone time?  Or do you give any energy thinking about what you really want in your life?  What’s important to you, and why?  It’s normal to push ourselves to the end of the priority list.  But ignoring ourselves doesn’t help anyone….especially you.  When you are in tune with who you are, your life improves – and that includes your relationships as well!  So stop feeling guilty.  Spend more time on you.  Your health, your dreams, hobbies and taking time to just sit still.  Your growth and happiness begins with You.  So, start making You a priority.  You’re the only one who can.  Emerge Positive®
