There are things within us that we don’t like.  Or past events we try to forget.  But trying to push them deep down within us is not the way to heal.  Try as we may, we can not fully hide from ourselves.  That negative piece will push its way through at some point.  So instead of numbing ourselves out through eating, drugs or alcohol, spend some time with it.  Sit with the pain and uncomfortableness and know that now it is just a thought for you to release.  You can live a life free of pain.  It begins with a willingness to let it go and begin a new.  Emerge Positive®
