Let’s be real…life isn’t always butterflies and rainbows. It can be darn right hard and sometimes overwhelming. And it’s easy to get ourselves in the mindset of “I Quit!”. That was me yesterday. So how do you get yourself back on track? First, you rest. I know, I know…you have a ‘to do’ list a mile long…well, it can wait another day (or at least a few hours). You must take care of yourself — body, mind and soul — before you can do a good job at anything else. So if you are feeling overwhelmed by life, take today off. And I mean, really off. Nap, read, walk, enjoy the Fall weather or binge watch Netflix. Recharging your soul is the priority today. Relax and enjoy it. #EmergePositive
