Run your own race

Run your own race.

As children, we are taught about success.  It includes being the best and winning the race.  As we grow into adulthood, we measure success by our job title, salary, the car we drive or the neighborhood we live in.  And all along the way, we constantly compare ourselves to others to determine whether we ‘have made it’ or not.  You will never be happy if you base your success on others.  We all have a purpose here.  Run your own race.  Don’t compare yourself to your neighbor or colleague.  They are living their purpose.  When you can embrace that, you will be free, relaxed and yes, successful.  Emerge Positive®
