If you step back and really look at your life, what do you have to worry about? Is it really worth all of your mental energy and time? Or are you worrying about something that in the big scheme of things, really doesn’t matter? On a daily basis, things don’t go the way we plan, but that shouldn’t turn you to worry. That means you just have to pivot. To go with the flow of life. Look, you can live life with a stomach filled with knots and stress or you can just Let Go and Trust that life will unfold as it should….even without your direction.
