Things that matter


I received a call early this morning that was a stark reminder of what is truly important in life. It shook me because I was already starting to feel the stress of my day before the call. And afterwards, it put it in check. The things we stress out over don’t matter….not in the big scheme of life. So, if you are feeling tense or stressed, shift your perception. Remind yourself that your health, family/friends and contentment/peace are what really matter. The deadlines, rules, commitments, although important, don’t deserve the extra attention of stress. Life is what you make it. Life is your perception. #EmergePositive
