Now is the perfect time to like yourself.

As our quarantine continues, our moods and peaceful minds may start unraveling.  Now is the time to really tune into the words you are saying to yourself.  Negative self talk is a continuous dialogue that impacts us all.  The first step to getting rid of it is to become aware of the words you are using.  Ugly?  Fat?  Loser?  Lazy?  More than ever, we need to be kind and gentle with ourselves.  Stop beating yourself up and start seeing your gifts, talents, beauty, and compassion.  Use this time to grow, better yourself, and go higher.  You can come out of this historic time with a lighter step, an open heart, and a joyful mind.  You can Emerge Positive!  Join me every Sunday on zoom at 4pm ET/ 1pm PT to learn how.
