I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…you are a unique soul…there is no one like you. So why would you think that the diet that works wonders for your friend is going to work for you? Stop following the herd and start paying attention to your own body. I have friends that live on pasta and breads but if I eat them, I gain weight immediately. (And feel awful after eating them too!). Figure out what makes your body feel good. It’s different for everyone and it’s up to you to put the puzzle together. You don’t have to live small to live a healthy life. Find the foods, exercise, sports and a comfy bed that you’ll love every day. (Ok, maybe not love, but can get yourself to do each day). You can live fully and healthy or not. And the best thing is, you don’t have to rely on anyone else…It’s all up to you. Emerge Positive®
