Sleep is important


We live in a sleep deprived culture. It seems like everyone I know has issues with sleep. And yet we are told that an adult needs 7 to 8 hours each night for good health. How many of us can raise our hand showing that is happening in our lives? I think we need to put more focus on the importance of sleep. I always say, “a great day begins with a good night sleep”. It’s so true. Tonight, instead of zoning out in front of the TV watching the news (which is just putting negativity into your mind), put yourself to bed 30 minutes earlier. Your body, spirit and mind will thank you. Make sleep a priority in the creation of vibrant health in your life. Emerge Positive®
