Make a pledge to You

you are the priority


It’s ok to put yourself and your wellbeing at the top of the list.  You shouldn’t always be last.  I’ve realized that I haven’t been making my health a priority, so I’ve decided to make November a month of healthy living.  I’m pledging to put my health at the top of my list.  No excuses.  They say we only need 21 days to create a habit.  So let’s make a habit of taking care of ourselves and staying at the top of our priority list.  Anyone with me?  Let’s make a healthy change this month…starting now.  Emerge Positive®
