We fill our minds with negative self-talk. You know what I’m talking about…”I’m not good enough”, “I need to lose 10 pounds”, “my nose is too big”, “why did I just eat that?”….constant self abuse. And why? Because we have bought into society’s made up rules. You must be thin, drive a great car and have loads of friends (and a hot partner) to be happy and successful. Stop believing the lies. And start living a joyful life for you! That begins by being kind to yourself. Give yourself downtime. Relax and slow down. Eat whole foods…summer is when the Earth shows off its abundance – take advantage of it. And move around…exercise, walk, swim, bike with your kids. Do something. Vibrant health and a happy life are yours if you just make the decision to have them. #EmergePositive
