It’s ok to be uncomfortable

It’s good for us to be uncomfortable.  We learn and grow when we are in a place we don’t want to be.   And we get the opportunity to see things from a new perspective when we are in a new or uncomfortable place.  Yet personal routine is what most of us gravitate to each day.  And that can cause us to completely tune out and just go through the motions.  Today, try something new.  It can be large or small…it just needs to break the routine.  Take a moment to really look around and participate in life.  What you find may pleasantly surprise you.  Emerge Positive®
