If you want to make today a great day, pay attention to your thoughts, words and actions. For they are creating your day and therefore, your life. Are you thinking positive thoughts? Or are you cutting yourself or others down? Do you encourage others with your words? Or are you criticizing those around you? Your actions will follow your thoughts….where are you spending your time? And with whom? Are you helpful to others in your day? Even holding the door for a stranger can make a big difference. Be mindful of what you are doing today. Paste a notecard on your bathroom mirror, refrigerator or computer monitor to remind yourself. Stay on path. Emerge Positive®
