How many times have you started a new diet with the goal of losing 10 or more pounds? And yet somehow the ice cream, doughnuts, soda and wine work their way back into your hands. Or if your goal is to save money, why is it you show up at Starbucks each morning instead of making your own coffee? Our goals are just thoughts unless we align our actions to them.
