listen to your body

 

I know there are a million things to accomplish.  But if your body is telling you to slow down, do it.  You don’t have to be running and on the go every waking minute of the day.  I know some people feel like they are missing out on life if they aren’t on the go.  But I’ve found some of the best times in life are when you are fully present and just being.  Look, if you aren’t listening within, you are missing the messages your body is giving you.  What you’re eating, your stress level and how your body is responding is important to get in touch with.  Today, take a moment to go within and listen.  Emerge Positive®
