How to break the cycle of ‘Covid living’.

I’ve worked from home for the past 12 years, but Covid living is at another level entirely.  After 100+ days of “sheltering in place” in one version or another, my life feels like the same day being lived over and over.  Are you feeling that too?  So how do we break the cycle?  We do something different.  Shake it up.  It can be as silly as reversing our meals, like having eggs for dinner.  Or taking a picnic lunch somewhere outside of your house.  Anything to get out of the pattern you’ve put yourself in.  What will you do differently today?  Please share your ideas below because I could use some input.  #EmergePositive
