Today is a reminder to be thankful and grateful for what we have. Oftentimes, we forget that we have everything we need right now. Today is all taken care of. But we overlook that with gloom and stress of what tomorrow will bring. Instead of living in the future, make the choice to live firmly in the here and now where your life is actually happening. Be grateful for today and all that is in it. Hug your people and love on them today. And if you’re struggling a bit, try this mental exercise: find something you are grateful for, for each letter of the alphabet.
