Going to bed may be the best decision you make today.

I have been known to leave a dinner party or event early in order to preserve my precious slumber time.  I simply can’t function the next morning on less than 7 hours of sleep.  And to me, being overly tired is the same thing as having a bad day.  And having a bad day is simply not an option….not if I can help it anyway.

Where does sleep fall on your list of priorities?
The importance of sleep is getting a lot more attention.  More than 1/3 of Americans do not get the recommended 7 hours of sleep per night.  And the outcome is impacting our health;  including stress, anxiety, and obesity.
Arianna Huffington has personally taken this subject on in her book, Thrive and in her new company, Thrive Global.  If you are interested in learning more about creating better sleep and overall wellbeing, go to www.triveglobal.com.  They have a multitude of articles to enjoy.
Do you want to have a great day tomorrow?  Of course you do!  So set yourself up for success.  It starts with the decision to get a good night’s sleep.
