Going to bed may be the best decision you make today.

I have been known to leave a dinner party or event early in order to preserve my precious slumber time.  I simply can’t function the next morning on less than 7 hours of sleep.  And to me, being overly tired is the same thing as having a bad day.  And having a bad day is simply not an option….not if I can help it anyway.

Where does sleep fall on your list of priorities?
The importance of sleep is getting a lot more attention.  More than 1/3 of Americans do not get the recommended 7 hours of sleep per night.  And the outcome is impacting our health;  including stress, anxiety, and obesity.
