Give yourself a break….

So this week I’ve learned that even though I have all the time in the world, sometimes I just don’t feel like exercising.  And I’m not always in the mood to eat clean and healthy.  And that’s ok.  For the first week of our stay home quarantine (our family is on 2.5 weeks), I really tried to keep a firm schedule.  But I’ve learned that what I need more than a schedule, is sleep.  So now I don’t set an alarm and I allow my body the rest it is craving.  This is a unique and stressful time.  Don’t push yourself to do or be something.  Just be.  Do the best you can with what you’ve got.  And if that means the kids are completely off schedule, so be it. Finding your joy and living in peace is far more important.  #BeWell #EmergePositive
