After over 10 years of meditating, I’ve come to believe that meditation is the best thing you can do for yourself.  It has many documented benefits including stress reduction, slowing the aging process, improving overall health and better sleep.  It also brings you to that inner place within that holds all needed information.  Have you tried it yet?  I know the idea is daunting….sitting in quiet for 10 whole minutes??  Yep.  You can do it.  And when you start thinking about your grocery list, just pull your thoughts back within.  In due time, you’ll be in that centered place and enjoying all of the benefits.  Give mediation a try.  What do you have to lose?  Emerge Positive®
