We are a sedentary society.  Recently, I was shocked to see how much time I spend sitting.  You don’t need to be at the gym 8 hours a day, but we do need movement in our daily round.  Even just standing up every 15 to 20 minutes can improve your health.  Instead of taking a call at your desk, walk around while you talk.  Hand wash your car instead of taking it to the carwash.  Do some gardening.  Anything to get movement into your day.  And make it fun!  Our bodies were made to move, so let’s honor them and get going!  Emerge Positive®
