Feel your Emotions

 

What I mean is this: you must really feel your emotions.  Don’t stuff them down and ignore them.  That just causes you future illness.  Instead, stop and be IN them.  Acknowledge and Feel the anger, sadness or fear.  And then begin to let it go in a constructive manner.  Beat the heck out of a pillow or scream at the top of your lungs inside your car.  Whatever you do, do it to release it….not attack or hurt someone else.  “Negative” emotions aren’t bad.  They are just signals for us to pay attention to something in our lives.  No more stuffing it down….to be free and to heal, we must Feel.  Emerge Positive®
