My life feels like it is going in all directions at once. It’s chaotic and causes me struggle to regain my footing. So what do you do when you feel stressed out and out of balance? You go within. Center yourself. Breathe. Slow down. And I like to do this with my eyes closed. Call it prayer, meditation, deep breathing….whatever the title, it will all bring you to a centered place. And it’s from there where you can go higher. Where you literally lift your soul up. And magically, you will feel lighter, less encumbered, and more at peace. Try it.
