February is ‘the month of Me’.

Whew, we made it through January. Now let’s focus on the year ahead. No stress of new year resolutions or hoopla. This is real. What do you want to experience in 2018? I’m starting out dedicating the month of February to Me. Want to join me? It’s all about loving who I am and taking care of myself…body, mind and soul. That means eating food that makes my body feel good, moving more, finding exercise that I actually enjoy, doing activities that are fun and get my creative juices flowing and taking personal time for meditation, reading and primping.
