Don’t forget to schedule time for yourself.

Creating balance is essential for your well being….especially now.  If you find yourself working from home, balance can be a difficult thing to master.  I’ve worked from a home office for 12 years and I can say first hand that it is not an easy thing to do.  When I first started working from home, I was working 12 hour days.  Home and work completely blended together and I had no free time.  This is not sustainable and not good for you overall.  Take out a piece of paper and create time blocks for exercise, play, spiritual growth (prayer/meditation/reading), family time and work.  And then stick to them.  For your own sanity, take time for yourself.  Just because you are working from home doesn’t mean that work life needs to take over your life.  #CreateBalance  This may be our new normal for quite some time, so make the choice to create balance now.  #EmergePositive
