The single best thing you can do for yourself is to meditate 20 minutes a day. It’s just a tiny sliver of time and yet most people don’t do it. But if you want to improve your health, well being and lower your stress level, I highly suggest you make your 20 minute meditation a non-negotiable time of your day. Personally, I like the morning to do it because it sets the tone for the day. However, evenings are good too, as you will center your mind before sleep. So choose what works best for you and make yourself do it! All you need to do is sit (or lay down) quietly and breathe deeply. No more excuses. We are on a journey of taking care of ourselves.
