Be kind to yourself.

Admit it, when was the last time you did something nice for yourself?  Like actually spent time doing something you love, like sitting outside reading a book?  Or going for a mani/pedi just because?  Or buying yourself a beautiful bouquet of flowers?  Today is your day.  Celebrate you.  Give your negative self talk a break and be Kind to yourself.  You deserve a treat and only you can give it.
