Are your choices aging you?

Whoa.  Did that hit you on the head too?  That’s because it’s a true statement.  What we put in our bodies matters.  Getting exercise matters.  Sleeping 7 to 8 hours each night matters.  Keeping stress down and letting go of anger and worry all contribute to aging.  Look, we can’t stop it.  It’s happening to all of us.  But you do control your attitude about aging and the daily choices you make.  Getting old isn’t the problem….it’s our perception that needs to change.  You can Emerge Positive and Age Gracefully.
