A bath is a miracle cure all.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, the easiest cure is to slip into a bath. I’ll admit, I’m not good at it….normally, I talk myself out of it by telling myself it’s a lot of work to prepare. But that’s not really true. And when I actually go through with it, I’m so delighted I did. Water is nature’s stress-reliever. And the reality is, you don’t even need to immerse yourself in it to feel better. Just seeing a body of water can lift a person’s spirits. That’s because water calms the soul. So if you are in need of calm, try a bath. You may find it to be a wonderful ritual of peace you can give yourself whenever you are in need. Emerge Positive®
